IMPORTANT INFORMATION

· All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
· A 3.5% booking and payment processing fee applies to all online reservations.
· Guide-only services do not include travel expenses unless otherwise specified.
· Travel expenses are calculated from Bayeux or Arromanches at €0.80/km round trip.
· Travel expenses are communicated and invoiced approximately one week before the tour.
· Driver-guide tours include up to 200 km, unless otherwise specified.
· The booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of online payment.
· The amount paid includes a 30% non-refundable deposit ("arrhes") of the total tour price.
· En cas d’annulation par le client, ces arrhes restent acquises à IMMERSIVE NORMANDY Tours conformément aux Conditions Générales de Vente.
· Any remaining amount paid may be refunded according to the applicable cancellation policy.
